Strategic Alliance with Centaur Mining & Exploration Limited
Heron Resources NL ("Heron") advises that it has executed the formal Strategic Alliance Agreement with Centaur Mining & Exploration Limited ("Centaur").
Mr Ken Hellsten, Centaur General Manager of Operations, has been appointed to the board of Heron as a non-executive director.
Heron is most pleased to have the services of Mr Hellsten, whose work in commissioning Cawse has received the highest level of industry recognition.
Heron has received $3.132 million pursuant to the agreement.

The company has formed a stategic alliance with Centaur's Cawse Nickel Project. Heron will:
- have the right to contribute a minimum of 20% of ore processed through the Cawse stage II plant.
- have the right to toll treat ore through the Cawse plant prior to the commissioning of stage II.
